My Journey

I began my ServiceNow journey in 2018, drawn by the platform's ability to transform business operations at scale. What captivated me wasn't just the coding — it was the opportunity to craft real solutions that drive meaningful impact.

Over the years, I've focused on solving real-world problems with creative solutions across ITSM, Discovery, CMDB and CSDM. In 2021, I started contributing to the ServiceNow Community to learn more and give back. That journey inspired me to start ServiceNow Buddy — a space to support fellow developers in leveling up their skills and getting interview-ready.
